Dear Valued Participants,

Please be informed that the Contribution Adjustment for HLTM Takaful's eligible General Products shall only be applicable under the following conditions:-

• The Participant renew the certificate with HLTM Takaful;
• Risk Fund is in a surplus position at the Financial Year end; and
• Participant has not incurred any claim during the previous period.

We wish to advise that the Risk Fund is not in a surplus position as at the Financial Year ended 30 th June 2009 and there will be no Contribution Adjustment for all eligible General Products renewed for the period of 1st July 2009 to 30th June 2010.
